Mana Island Restaurants – Simplicity & Sophistication – Something for Everyone

Mana Island offers several restaurant dining options.  There are choices for those who prefer a casual setting as well as choices for those who enjoy a more formal and sophisticated atmosphere. With three options – open at convenient times during the day – there is always someplace to go to enjoy the delectable dining that Fiji and Mana Island have to offer.

And to add to each and every dining experience on Mana Island, each restaurant overlooks the tropical majesty of the island’s beaches, panoramic views, Pacific Ocean, and neighboring Mamanuca Islands.  It is the setting and divine dishes that makes each meal on Mana Island memorable.

Mamanuca Restaurant – Tasty Dishes a la carte

The Mamanuca Restaurant is open daily to delight your taste buds with an astonishingly large, varied, and delicious a la carte menu.  A la carte is often a resort’s weakest dining option but not the Mamanuca Restaurant.  Here the chefs provide sumptuous standards that will suit every palate.  Casual dining at Mana Resort means bistro minimalism – not poor quality. Typically American in style, the food at the Mamanuca Restaurant is just plain excellent.  Specials are different each day, and there are always options for everyone. Casual simplicity that results in tasty and appetizing food for anyone.

  • Fresh salads – only the finest vegetables and fruits
  • Grilled dishes – chicken, fish, meat
  • Pasta options – hot and cold
  • Dessert – mouthwatering delights
  • Specials – something new each day

This restaurant is located at the center of the resort and is convenient for any of the resort’s accommodations.

South Beach Restaurant – Fine Fusion Dining

The exclusive and unique cuisine served at the South Beach Restaurant is ideally suited to the Pacific Islands – nestled in a pocket of the world – and influenced by many cultures.  Considered by many critics to be haute cuisine, the food served here is nothing shy of superb. Combining flavors from Italy, France, Japan, and the Pacific, the menu here provides guests with meals that are unique and delectable – a true fusion of tastes, flavors, and spices.

Dinner is semi-formal with many three-course offerings, but it is still very family-friendly.  Breakfast and lunch menus are lighter in nature – sandwiches, beverages, and salads.

Important note! If you are looking for the restaurant to serve your special occasion (wedding reception, conference, reunion, etc.), South Beach Restaurant is the way to go.  Fine dining, professional and experienced chefs and staff will enhance any occasion.

North Beach Buffet Area

And what resort is complete without the convenience of a buffet style eatery?  Mana Island offers guests the convenience and variety of the North Beach Buffet Area daily.  Food here ranges from American in style for breakfast to themed European, Fijian, Indian and Asian cuisine during lunch and dinner.

The North Beach Buffet Area provides option upon option to choose from for even the pickiest eaters, and the food is appetizing and full of flavor – not always the case with buffets.
