What is the best time to book our vacation at Mana Island resort?
Answer: The best seasons at Mana Island are year round! Many guests specifically enjoy from June through October.
Do you require a deposit for a reservation and can you guarantee a room?
Answer: No deposit is required but payment is required to guarantee a room. Credit card details are also expected upon arrival.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Answer: Yes, please contact our office staff for details.
How long does it take to get from Mana Island to the mainland and what are my options?
Answer: Ferry and Air. 12 minutes by air. 90 minutes by ferry.
Does the resort provide transportation from island airstrip to the resort?
Answer: Yes
If I want to visit other islands or resorts, can I and do you provide transportation?
Answer: Yes, you can, but at your own cost and risk.
How many beaches are connected with Mana Island Resort?
Answer: 3
Can I walk all the way around the island and how long would that take?
Answer: Yes, you can at low tide and it will take between 2 ½ and 3 hours.
Is there an ATM available?
Answer: No
Is the resort handicapped accessible?
Answer: Persons with disabilities are welcome at the resort, but we have not yet adapted our facilities. This is an issue that is being currently addressed.
Accommodations
How many different room styles do you have and what is the resort’s capacity?
Answer: 6 different styles and a total of 150 rooms, suites, and bures
Do rooms have a safe?
Answer: Yes, there is a safety box or locker in every room.
How close are the beaches to accommodations?
Answer: Close, anywhere between 2 and 30 meters depending on the location of your suite/bure.
Is room service available?
Answer: No
Do you have a space for conferences and large business gatherings?
Answer: Yes
Activities
What activities do you offer adults and children?
Answer: A range of beach, land, and water activities. Please check out our facilities page and activities pages for complete details.
Are there any activities not offered?
Answer: Yes, horseback riding, golf, surfing.
Do you have buggies for rental use?
Answer: No, they are available in the Honeymoon package only.
Do you provide any type of babysitter services?
Answer: Yes, for a fee of $5.00 per hour.
Dining
What are the restaurant and bar hours?
Answer:
- The Mamanuca Restaurant is only open for dinner from 6:30 – 9:30.p.m.
- The South Beach Restaurant offers lunch and dinner. Lunch hours from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. Dinner hours from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
- The Buffet Area is open for all three meals. Breakfast hours from 7:00 – 10:00 a.m. Lunch hours from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Dinner hours from 6:00 – 9.00 p.m.
Are children allowed to eat in the same restaurants as adults?
Answer: Yes
